Review of Weekend 9/10 December
Galbally U14's Qualify for open stages of National Cup & last 32

Congratulations to Galbally U14s who last weekend had a magnificent 4-1 win over North Tipperary side Ballymackey at home. John English with 2 goals, Robbie Downey and Own Goal for Galbally. They will now travel to Galway in the last 32 for an away game against Creggmore Claregalway. They also qualify for the regional semi finals where they are again on their travels to play top Kerry side St Brendans Park of Tralee.

Back locally and in the U16 Premier Division Leaders Charleville were held to a 1-1 draw in Cappamore. Liam O Donnell on target for Cappamore and Cian McNamara for Charleville. Kilfrush got the better of a 3 goal argument in Galbally by 2 goals to 1. Sean Ryan with the goal for Galbally. Holycross had a 2-0 win over Knockainey in Knockainey. Tadgh Hanley and Aaron hickey on target.

In the U14 Premier Division Cappamore got their first win of the sesaon with a 4-2 win at home to Holycross. Billy Daly, Conor Whelan and 2 goals from Mike Fitzgibbon for Cappamore and Jake Walshg and Jack McNamara with the replies for Holycross. U14 Division 1 Knockainey moved into 2nd place with a come from behind win against Charleville B. Morgan O Sullivan, Danny Finn Hannon and Sean Hickey for Knockainey. Adam O Connor and Cillian Quinn for Charleville B. Elsewhere Castle Utd had a convincing 3-0 win away to Pallas Utd. Cian Gubbins with 2 goals and Cillian Aherne.

U12 Premier Division saw Galbally move 2nd with a 2-1 away win at Kilmallock. Darragh Hayes for Kilmallock and Evan Sheedy & Paul McGrath(What a famous name to have) for Galbally.

In the U12 Division 1 Knockainey and Pallas maintained their 100% records. Knockainey winning 5-1 away to Holycross B, a hat trick for Tom Dunworth, Jack Naughton and Cian Lonergan for Knockainey while Jack Lawlor replied for Holycross B. Pallas Utd had a 5-0 win away to Castle Utd.No Goal scorers available.

In the girls section on Sunday only one game played in the U12 Division 2. Holycross B getting the better of Cappamore by 8 goals to 3. Muireann Barry with a hat trick, Alanah Griffin & Nicloe Ryan with 2 apiece and Tara Hynes for Holycross.
